Teaching Resources

The i-LEAP K2 Mathematics consists of lessons and activities that are designed to ensure children's readiness to progress to primary Mathematics encompassing mathematical concepts such as: 

• addition and subtraction that involve bigger numbers 
• sorting and classifying, which include pattern recognition
• exploring shapes and space 
• measuring skills such as length and time
• solving problems

All the lessons and activities in this programme aim to retain and build children's interest in Mathematics, and at the same time build a strong foundation for them to progress to primary school mathematics. In addition, the i-LEAP K2 Mathematics Programme is equipped with the following teaching resources to help teachers create effective and engaging play-based activities that applies the 5E Model of Instructions approach.
